If all prescription refill requests were successful, you will see a screen like this. If one or more prescription requests failed, you will see text on this screen describing why it failed. In some circumstances, you may need to call the pharmacy to request the refills instead of use RxRefill4U. The date & time will be displayed of when the requested refills will be available. The pharmacy may have it configured to only display a message instead of the date & time. |
