Please Note: Monument Home + Pharmacy offers convenient pick-up locations for our caregivers and patients. There are remote pharmacy Scriptcenter kiosks located in Rapid City Hospital, Monument’s Flormann Street Clinic and Hill City clinic. Monument Health also offers a convenient pick-up location at the Custer Clinic for caregivers. If you choose to pick-up prescriptions at one of the remote locations, your prescription will be sent to the location indicated on your profile in the pharmacy. If this is the first time you are having prescriptions sent to one of these facilities, please call the pharmacy at 605-755-8184 to set up the default location.
