Please Note: Monument Home + Pharmacy offers convenient pick-up locations for caregivers at the following locations: Lead-Deadwood Hospital, Sturgis Hospital, Belle Fourche Clinic and Buffalo Clinic. Patients of the Buffalo Clinic may also have prescriptions delivered to the Buffalo Clinic. If you choose to pick-up prescriptions at one of the remote locations, your prescription will be sent to the location indicated on your profile in the pharmacy. If this is the first time you are having prescriptions sent to one of these facilities, please call the pharmacy at 605-717-8741 to set up the default location.
